Old Residential Projects

These are old residential projects which were constructed already but unfortunately I was not able to take photos of them when completed. As I have no pictures, I made some rough 3d drawings of them using Sketchup so I would have files of these projects. These projects are still of the Mideterranean style type. The colors in these drawings are not the actual colors though as I have forgoten the actual hues which I have specified.Above is the Lozari Residence in Quezon City consisting of three levels with an attic. The ground level is for a two-car garage, dirty kitchen, service areas and a mini-gym. The second level is where the living room, dining and kitchen are located. Main entry is through the second level connected from the sidewalk with a garden stairway. The third level consists of two bedrooms and the mster bedroom plus a family room that overlooks the living room. The attic connects to the water elevated water tank. (2006)

This is the duplex residence of the Baldemoros in Las Pinas. The structure is beside an existing residence of their sister and so access of the driveway is through the lot of the sister. Each unit have 2 bedrooms on the second level. The parking area serves as a common space for the family. (2006)

The simple two-storey residence for the family of the Montecillos in Dasmarinas Cavite sits on a 120sqm lot. It has three bedrooms on the upper floor and a small family hall that leads to the garage deck. The master bedroom is on the ground level with the dining area extending to the patio at the end of the garage area. (2005)

The Sioson Residence in Dasmarinas, Cavite had three levels with 5 bedrooms aside from the master bedroom. An outdoor jacuzzi is provided at the third level deck.

Regala Building

This is the scheme for the proposed Regala Building in Olongapo. The lower level would be reserved for the family's pawnshop business and a space for a bank. The second level are rentable spaces for offices and the third level would be a two-storey residence for the owners.

KG Foodhaus

A simple two-storey commercial building for the KG Foodhaus in Kingspoint Subdivision in Novaliches. The upper floor was converted into a residential space for the owners of the building and the lower floor for a grocery and a 24-hours food outlet.

Cainta Renovation

A client from Cainta decided to buy a house and lot fronting their house, which I also designed, and wants to convert it into a guest house. The couple wanted to change the look of the house from a typical eightees bungalow-type with arch windows house into a more asian-inspired look. They also had the main entry of the house to face the eastern side and the garage expanded to have more room, although still can only accommodate one car. A trellised garden was also provided at the back of the garage and a deck above it as extension of the garden. The house sits on a sloping site and has very limited open space.
